Cyril Ducau is the Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS). He leads the company in its mission to be a forward-thinking maritime leader, guiding a diverse fleet across the container, dry bulk, gas, and tanker segments. Cyril is committed to driving innovation through green and technology-enabled solutions, ensuring strong commercial results and sustainable growth.

He is also dedicated to fostering a supportive workplace, promoting employee well-being and cultivating a culture of sporting excellence within the EPS community

As Technical Director, Sachin leads EPS’s technical operations, driving procurement optimisation and fleet expansion initiatives that align with the company’s vision for sustainable shipping.

With a strong foundation in the classification sector as a surveyor, auditor, and inspector, Sachin brings deep expertise to enhancing operational excellence and supporting EPS’s long-term growth.

In her role as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Liang Pin oversees corporate liquidity, investments, and financial risk management, playing a crucial role in ensuring the organisation’s long-term financial stability and growth.

With extensive experience in banking and a strong foundation in corporate finance and treasury, she brings valuable expertise and strategic insight to the EPS leadership team.

Adam leads EPS’s Corporate Services and serves as General Counsel, overseeing the company’s legal, insurance, corporate secretarial, and HR functions.

With substantial experience in shipping and corporate advisory — including roles at a Magic Circle law firm in London, New York, and Singapore, as well as with a top firm in Cyprus — Adam provides strategic legal guidance and supports EPS’s operational excellence.

Tal is the Commercial Director of Dry Bulk at EPS. He is responsible for driving the commercial performance of the dry bulk fleet, overseeing strategy, chartering activities, business development, and key innovation projects — including the introduction of LNG dual-fuel Newcastlemax vessels.

With extensive senior leadership experience in both shipping and commodity markets, Tal brings valuable commercial insight and a forward-thinking approach to the EPS leadership team.

As Commercial Director for LPG & Ammonia, Rajeev leads the strategic deployment and commercial performance of EPS’s gas fleet, overseeing both long-term charters and spot market operations.

With a background as a Master Mariner and extensive experience across seagoing, operational, and chartering roles in tanker and gas markets, Rajeev brings deep industry knowledge and operational insight to the EPS leadership team.

Thomas is the Managing Director of EPS UK and Commercial Director of Containers & PCTC at Eastern Pacific Shipping. He leads the P&L and commercial strategy for the company’s containership and PCTC segments, driving growth and innovation.

Thomas has been instrumental in advancing EPS’s decarbonisation efforts, including securing a series of LNG dual-fuel 15,000 TEU newbuilds. His leadership is backed by a wealth of experience in senior roles across diverse maritime sectors.

Øystein Kalleklev is the Managing Director of CoolCo and Commercial Director (Gas) at EPS. He leads the overall management and commercial strategy for CoolCo, while also supporting the expansion of EPS’s LNG and gas portfolio.

With a broad career spanning shipping, energy, and finance, Øystein brings senior leadership experience in ship owning, investment banking, and offshore services to the EPS leadership team.
