Cyril Ducau leads Eastern Pacific Shipping with a clear vision to advance the company through green innovation and technology‑driven growth. Under his leadership, EPS accelerates fleet decarbonisation, champions digital transformation, and strengthens long‑term operational excellence. Cyril’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and people ensures EPS remains a forward‑looking maritime leader shaping the industry’s future.

As Technical Director, Sachin leads EPS’ technical operations, driving procurement optimisation and fleet expansion in line with the company’s vision for sustainable shipping. Backed by experience in the classification sector as a surveyor, auditor and inspector, he brings deep expertise in operational excellence to support EPS’ long-term growth.

As Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Liang Pin oversees corporate liquidity, investments and financial risk management, supporting the organisation’s long-term financial stability and growth. With extensive banking experience and a strong foundation in corporate finance and treasury, she brings valuable expertise and strategic insight to the EPS leadership team.

Adam leads EPS’ Corporate Services and serves as General Counsel, overseeing our legal, insurance, corporate secretarial, and HR functions. With substantial experience in shipping and corporate advisory — including roles at a Magic Circle law firm in London, New York, and Singapore, as well as with a top firm in Cyprus — he provides strategic legal guidance and supports EPS’ operational excellence.

Tal is responsible for the commercial performance of the dry bulk fleet, overseeing strategy, chartering activities, business development, and key innovation projects — including the introduction of LNG dual-fuel Newcastlemax vessels. With extensive senior leadership experience in the shipping and commodity markets, Tal brings valuable commercial insight and a forward-thinking approach to the EPS leadership team.

As Commercial Director for Tankers, Rajeev is responsible for the management and strategic deployment of EPS’ tanker fleet. He brings extensive experience in commercial strategy and performance in the Gas segment, in-depth understanding of operations and chartering across the Tanker and Gas sectors, as well as seagoing experience as a Master Mariner, providing valuable commercial acumen and operational insight to the EPS leadership team.

Thomas serves as Managing Director of EPS UK. In his group-wide role as Commercial Director for Containers and PCTCs, he leads commercial strategy and fleet development across these segments. He also directs EPS’ Sale & Purchase function, supporting disciplined capital allocation and transaction execution. Thomas brings extensive maritime experience and senior leadership expertise to EPS’ global platform.

Øystein is the Managing Director of CoolCo and Commercial Director (Gas) at EPS, leading CoolCo’s management and commercial strategy while supporting the expansion of EPS’ LNG and gas portfolio. With a career spanning shipping, energy and finance, he brings senior leadership experience in ship owning, investment banking and offshore services to the EPS leadership team.
