Eastern Pacific Shipping Announces Appointment of New CEO

Singapore – Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte Ltd today announced the appointment of Cyril Ducau as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through the next phase of innovation and growth. He assumes responsibilities immediately and will succeed Steve Kunzer who has stepped down to spend more time with his family and to pursue new opportunities.

Cyril Ducau has worked with the Quantum Pacific Group for over 10 years and has 18 years of shipping and finance experience. He currently holds the position of Chairman of Kenon Holdings and is a member of the board of other private and public companies associated with Mr. Idan Ofer. Prior to joining the Quantum Pacific Group, Mr. Ducau was Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley.

Last month, Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte Ltd also appointed Mr. Gil Ofer as Business Development Manager. Gil will work closely with the Eastern Pacific Shipping team to focus on new business opportunities and start-up investments across the broader maritime space.
